We were proud to host the Montreal Regional Youth Forum at our head office earlier today. Over 50 students from across Canada were present to learn more about the business and the life and science field.

During their visit, Ben Lemelin, Vice-President, Human Resources, Public Affairs and Communications, kicked off the day with an introduction speech on the business and Pharmascience’s identity. David Goodman, CEO, then addressed the students and spoke about Pharmascience’s history, from its beginning, when his father co-founded the company in 1983, to today, as he leads the organisation and strives to take it to the next level. Madeleine Gieysztor, a young leader, spoke about her dreams and aspirations and why she chooses to build her career at Pharmascience. The students toured the production plant and learned about the process of producing medicine. Later, they visited one of our laboratories where they were taught about the validation and quality process of controlling the products made at Pharmascience.

Pharmascience is proud to support the National Youth Forum initiative, and the work Experiences Canada is doing in our community to empower youth and enable them to push their limits, not only in celebration of Canada’s 150th anniversary, but for decades to come.
