To address drug-shortage issues throughout the pharmaceutical industry, we have committed to continuous improvements in production capacity. In 2011, we opened a new plant in Montreal and hired additional staff, increasing our production capacity by 50%. Another expansion is planned for 2012 that will increase our production capacity even further.
All together, these expansions amount to an investment of more than $60 million.

We have also developed a new system to manage our internal growth for up to five years, enabling us to keep pace with increasing market demands for generic drugs and remain a leading Canadian generic-drug manufacturer well into the future.
