Why Pharmascience?

Because Pharmascience is different.  We are unique in the pharmaceutical world with a head office in Montreal, Canada and operations around the world.  Being a private organization, we have the agility to take advantage of opportunities, and the freedom to be creative in our approaches.

MY Pharmascience offers me opportunities to grow:

Whether it is to be the best you can be in mastering a technical skill or functional knowledge, or to progress to more senior roles as an effective and inspiring leader, Pharmascience is committed to the professional growth of our employees.

Pharmascience University

Launched in 2012, Pharmascience University offers employees a central place for leadership programs tailored by level, e-learning opportunities on a variety of topics, in-house training programs, continuing education assistance, and a soon-to-be launched People Manager Black Belt program.

University Grad & Summer Intern Programs

For the past two years Pharmascience has developed a companywide internship program which aims to develop the next generation of leaders. Every summer we employ 12 to 15 interns from May to August that will work in divisions such as finance, human resources, international, marketing, communications, scientific affairs, legal etc. These interns will have the opportunity to meet with a member of the Executive Team once a week in order to gain a better perspective on the business world. In addition, they will be responsible of a 4 month long project that will have an impact on the entirety of Pharmascience.
