In 1996 Pharmascience has set-up a fully owned subsidiary in Ukraine: "Pharmascience-Ukraine Inc.".

Located in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, this company now employs more than 50 people who cover all the regions and major cities of this country of 50 million people. The Ukrainian company has direct supply agreements with nearly 2,250 domestic customer s including drug stores, hospitals and pharmaceutical wholesalers.

The product list of Pharmascience Ukraine includes more than 40 pharmaceutical and paramedical products. The company supplies both OTC and prescription products for various different therapeutic indications.

Pharmascience Ukraine also acts as an exclusive distributor for other international pharmaceutical companies such as Desitin Arzneimittel GmbH. Pharmascience Ukraine operates a full service company under Ukrainian law. The company handles all the registration, importation, distribution, marketing and promotion of pharmaceutical products.

Pharmascience Ukraine operates a warehouse in Kiev and 15 depots in the major cities of the country. Goods are delivered to customers by its own fleet of vehicles within two days from its receipt of the order.

From its warehouse in Kiev, Pharmascience Ukraine also exports goods to Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia as well as to the other countries of the former Soviet Union and East European region. These goods are delivered door-to-door to customers.
