Distribution
6.
What are your most popular products and what are their prices?
If
you are not a distributor of Pharmascience products and would
like to become one, please send us by e-mail or fax your company
profile and the reasons why you feel you would be able to
successfully represent Pharmascience in your market. Should
Pharmascience not be represented in your market, we will then
send you by e-mail or fax a list of our Export products. Once
you have identified the products you think will be the most
successful in your market, the following step would be for
you to supply the following information:
-
A
list of the products you wish to distribute
-
Your
annual sales forecast per product
-
The
local prices of similar products in your market.
Based on this information, we will submit our price quotation.
Once an agreement has been reached on prices, the next step
will be to discuss registration procedures.
7. Why should I buy your products versus the innovator's?
Pharmascience's
products are comparable in quality to the innovator's, but
at a more competitive price. Pharmascience is ready to supply
bioequivalence studies for most of its products.
8.
How can I get a copy of your export product list?
See
question No.6.
9. Are all the products in your catalogue available for
exportation?
No.
Not all Pharmascience products are available for export. Please
identify the product you are interested in for more details.
10.
How do I become a distributor of Pharmascience products in
my country? What information do you need from me? What is
the procedure?
See
Question No.5.
11.
I reside in Canada or the US, can I act as your agent in a
foreign country?
You
can, but you have to go through the normal procedures for
becoming an agent. (i.e. proof that you are a well established
distributor of pharmaceutical products in that country).
12.
Do I have to register your products in X country to be able
to import them?
Yes.
There may be a few exceptions, but that would depend on the
regulations of the country in question. We expect our distributors
to be well aware of the registration procedures in their territory.
13.
What is required to register your products in X country?
See
question No.12.
14. I reside in Canada but I am not an agent or a distributor
of Pharmascience; can I still buy a large quantity of a certain
product from Pharmascience for export purposes?
That
depends on 2 factors:
-
If
we already have a distributor or an agent operating in
in that country, the request has to be processed through
that distributor or agent.
-
The
products itself. Certain non-prescription drugs may be
sold directly to an agent for "Export Only" purposes.
Certain restrictions may apply. For further details please
contact us by e-mail of fax.
15. I do not reside in Canada or the US, I am a foreign
businessman temporarily in Canada and I want to buy your product
and take it with me. Can I do that?
See
question No.14.
